BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (November 7, 2022) – Pack Health, a Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX) Company, announced it will be hosting a new webinar focused on understanding best practices for crafting patient support programs for individuals with diabetes within life sciences, health systems, and health plans. A Better Way: 3 Unique Methods to Support The Whole-Person Health of Patients with Diabetes will be held on Wednesday, November 30th at 12:00 PM EST/11:00 AM CST. During the webinar, attendees can expect a discussion of programs and initiatives that will address three crucial areas of concern for individuals with diabetes: medication adherence, easing food insecurity, and post-discharge assistance.
The conversation will be anchored by three leaders in diabetes support and research, Dr. Dhiren Patel, PharmD, Executive Director, Market Solutions, Pack Health, Daniel Stinnett, MS, RD, Senior Manager of the Education Recognition Program at the American Diabetes Association, and Dr. Laura Hieronymus, DNP, MSEd, RN, Vice President of Health Care Programs at the American Diabetes Association.

“As we shift to whole-person health, there should be discussions about better serving the needs of this population inside and outside of their healthcare provider’s office. Further, it’s crucial to use the technology and resources available to create innovative engagement strategies,” Dr. Patel explained. “What excites me about our webinar is that we’re discussing “outside of the box” approaches and proving they can work.”
